2. About us

Atlantic Commercial Advisors is a Florida-licensed commercial real estate brokerage operating in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties (and other Florida markets). Anthony Conners is the primary broker.

3. No brokerage relationship without written agreement

Using this website, submitting forms, or receiving our newsletter does not by itself create a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary duty. A formal representation agreement is required before we represent you in a transaction. Until such an agreement is signed, we are acting as a transaction broker as defined under Florida law.

4. Property information disclaimer

Information on this site about specific properties (including asking prices, square footage, year built, asset class, owner background, financial performance, and other data) is sourced from third parties (MLS feeds, county property appraisers, CoStar, public records) and from our own analysis. We believe this information to be reliable but do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Buyers, sellers, and tenants are responsible for independent verification.

5. Off-market opportunities and teasers

Our investor newsletter and related communications may present anonymized property "teasers." These teasers are marketing summaries and do not constitute an offer for sale, disclosure of material facts, or a binding commitment. Full details are released only after appropriate qualification, confidentiality agreements where applicable, and seller consent.

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive email, SMS, and phone communications (including AI-assisted outbound calls) related to commercial real estate opportunities. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. MLS compliance

Information displayed for listings sourced from the Miami Association of REALTORS® IDX feed is presented in accordance with MIAMI display rules. Such listings are owned by their respective listing brokerages, and the listing broker attribution is shown on each listing detail page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs (other than third-party MLS photos which are owned by their respective rights holders), software, and underlying compilations, is owned by Atlantic Commercial Advisors or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or build derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or our communications for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, automate, or bulk-extract data from the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to non-public areas of the site or our systems
